Returns
If you are not satisfied with the services provided by our professionals, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the service completion. Our team will review your concerns and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
Refunds
We understand that there may be circumstances where you may want to cancel your service. If you decide to cancel your service before the professional arrives at your location, we will issue a full refund. However, if the professional has already arrived and started the service, we will issue a refund based on the amount of work completed.
In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or natural disasters, we will issue a full refund.
Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for our services.
Cancellation Policy

We request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your service. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled service, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
